Below you can find out about the services we offer and the application methods we use.

GARMENT WHOLESALE

We know the importance of quality and affordability, therefore we only supply clothing and accessories that are manufactured by industry leading suppliers and brands. Offering a range that covers different price points to meet every need. All items we offer are proven in the field and have a top quality finish when customised. We can help you find the most suitable garments for your workplace, club or retail outlet.

ARTWORK

Odds are you already have a design or logo but it may need converting to the right format for printing (by vectorising), or embroidery (by digitising). As we do everything in house it helps ensure we always produce the highest quality work, to a standard we would want to receive ourselves. For orders of 12 items or more we set up artwork for print and embroidery for free, see our pricing guide for more information.

Our experience and expertise puts us in the perfect position to design for print and embroidery, so your design will look best on real life garments, not just on screen.  We will always offer suggestions if we see space for improvements in artwork layouts, so that we can deliver optimum results with our decoration.

Depending on your chosen garment type and artwork requirements, your order could be better suited to print or embroidery. If you are unsure on what is right for you, get in touch with us and we will be happy to advise.

To learn more about what format artwork should be uploaded in see our artwork guidelines

EMBROIDERY APPLICATION

All embroideries require existing artwork to be digitised for our machines to read the design and then to stitch it out with thread. For new set ups we always test the embroidery in a 'strike-out' and make improvements depending on how well it performs until we get it to look just right. Once placing your order, we will send you a digital image of the strike-out for you to approve before we embroider onto your garments, to ensure you are happy with how it looks.

Embroidery gives you a high quality professional image and will last the lifetime of the garment. Traditionally positioned on the left chest or sleeve it gives a logo impact and texture with a smooth sheen. You are able to incorporate up to 15 colours at no extra charge for a logo embroidery, and up to 9 colours for text embroidery. Small embroideries such as left chest or sleeve applications can be up to 11cm wide, and large embroidery applications such as full front or full back can be up to 27cm wide.

PRINTING APPLICATION

We will always use the most appropriate method of printing application for your specific needs. Generally small quantity orders of 1 to 30 items will always be vinyl or transfer printed, and larger orders of 30+ items will be screen printed.

Vinyl Printing

Vinyl printing gives a very crisp, clear and vibrant finish great for text and simple artwork. It cannot produce shading so is best for artwork with solid colours. We can however convert most designs to look just as good with a simplified colour pallet and removed shading / shadows.

Vinyl is best for small quantity orders of 1 to 30 items, with the price affected by the print size and amount of colours in the design.

Transfer Printing

Transfer printing is the process of digitally printing your design onto vinyl which is then heat sealed onto the garment. We will typically use this method as an alternative application for full colour logos in small print runs of less than 30 items, as this method can achieve shading and gradient effects.

Screen Printing

Most printed garments in the world are made this way, using silk screens to accurately deposit ink directly to the garment's surface. This can achieve many different textures, shading, and finishes to a print size of up to 30cm x 40cm. This is our most widely used type of application for large volume orders, usually over 30 items.
